While SwiftDex employs industry-leading strategies to scale search rankings and ad conversions, third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) constantly update their algorithms. We do not guarantee specific numerical traffic surges or ad performance outside of agreed written scope deliverables.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
